You can now do a CAKE SMASH with any standard session though it includes smash and clean up so please consider when choosing which option and if you want any other birthday photos. (you bring the cake)

{NEWBORN SESSION}

(studio only) 2 options Parent and Siblings can be included in either but please know that you may want to consider the full if younger siblings. Payment is Cash or Check only day of

OPTION #1 MINI Siblings can be included but please note it can take 20 min or longer to get family sibling photos sometimes so it is not recommended

$175.00 up to 45 min This session is newborn only. (weekday only)

OPTION #2 FULL

$240.00 up to 1.5 Hour (weekday only)

includes optional sibling/family portraits (parents and siblings only) up to 5 people $ 10.00 per person more than 5 can be included **but newborn must be in every photo (see other details at bottom of the page)

These session must be scheduled right away, prior to birth. It is generally scheduled for around 1 week after birth, session typically takes place 3-14 days. You must contact me via text the day after delivery or if you have reached your due date as there are limited spots available for movement so this step is important and full details are sent in your guidelines at booking.If you are wanting to bring items to use during the session with the exception of hats or headbands please let me know ahead of time to maximize your results as I have set up a system of flow that usually works best in maximizing your results and therefore if changes need to made they can take up time which in turn can slow the process therefore reducing potential output. Bringing a pacifier for use if needed I know that not all parents choose to use a pacifier but bringing one allows you that option if baby will not soothe. As the same as all sessions I cannot give an amount of images as all babies are different, will respond to stimulation and sleep differently. Helpful tips will be sent with booking.I have plenty of wraps/props/etc no need to bring any of that.

SCHEDULING & CALENDAR AVAILABILITY

Holiday/seasonal/ themed mini's will be posted on Facebook and can be scheduled once the positing says they are open so please be sure to follow and select notifications for the page Angela Bowers Photography, LLC to avoid missing them.

Availability/how to schedule all sessions are first come first serve based upon availability unless special pre-booking is announced Booking is done only by filling out the contact/schedule link on my website. I only schedule Tuesday-Thursday sessions a few month ahead, all weekends are scheduled aproximately 1 month ahead due to location conflicts such as Park events, minis scheduled, etc.

If you are looking for more than one session you must fill out a separate form for each.

Important *Please know that regular session availability can be affected by themed minis meaning during months that mini's will offered there may be little or no weekend availability for regular sessions. Most often this is occurs during fall through Christmas but can be by other mini's as well.

LOCATIONS

All sessions include 1 location and are restricted to where the photographer will be for that day. This allows for lower prices. Newborns are restricted to in studio only.

Petsare not allowed in the studio unless it's a specific pet friendly mini that is advertised. They are welcome at outdoor locations that allow them (please inquire)

Outdoor Session locations are offered depending on availability, generally in the Ann Arbor/ Belleville area/Northville, either indoor or out and established at time of booking. During some times of the year, usually between Nov-Apr outdoor sessions may not be available.Sessions are always scheduled back to back at the same location so where your session will take place may be determined by the date you chose as well as you may request a date due to the location.

Studio the studio is located in Northville, Mi and is avaible through the year though indoor sessions are limited during the warmer months to newborns and some limited availability since most sessions are requested for outdoor during this time. No pets in the studio unless special mini advertised.

WEATHER

This is an outdoor location and therefore we may experience weather conditions that do not allow us to proceed with the session, Please see details below.

Regular sessions (not special mini’s) are typically able to be rescheduled but may not be a weekend or the same as the desired time above and or immediately. We will discuss what the closest options are to your needs.

Mini's and other special events may not be available for reschedule. These have been designated days for this particular event a whole or part of a day may have been reserved for this meaning a rechedule may not be an option. But you will be notified if one is.

When Very often the weather can change rapidly so a determination could be made as early as a few days leading up to the day of the session (usually not sooner than 2-3 days prior) because it is very likely it will change.

How Weather cancelations or reschedules,will be notified as soon as possible by phone, email and or Facebook.

If you experience unfavorable weather conditions during your session that require the session to stop, and option to make up the remaining time will be offered if available, again may not be for mini or special events.

PAYMENT/PRICING AND CANCELLATIONS

Payment is due at time of session in full by cash or check only. 40.00 fee for all returned checks. Check payable to: Angela Bowers Photography, LLC

Session times cannot be extended beyond the booking time for any reason (including but not limited to late start and outfits not used).

Cancellations: though I do not charge deposits for regular portrait sessions and I understand special circumstances arise, I respectfully ask that you notify me of a cancellation as soon as possible. Also, doing so means a spot may not be immediately available for reschedule. There is a late cancellation fee of $25.00 for all sessions not cancelled prior to 48 hours before the session.

Pricing: Angela Bowers Photography, LLC reserves the right to change pricing and packages/options at any time without notice.

OUTFIT CHANGES : Are permitted for all Standard sessions Except 15 min, 5 min & Newborn sessions (no parent clothing changes) as well as those noted in specials or minis. changing times will come out of your shooting time, the session will not run longer for outfit changes meaning if your sessions 30 min, it will be 30 min from start to finish max so please keep in mind some outfit changes can take several minutes of your time and sometimes children do not return to their cheerful mood after a change.

IMAGE/PROCESS

Image selections: will be made by the photographer and all others will be deleted. This means an unlimited amount of images will be taken but you will only receive the best quality (focused, exposed, composed, etc), quantities will vary and are selected by Angela Bowers (all others will be deleted and not available for viewing).

Download: images will be sent via download to the clients email typically less than one week after the session, though this is never guaranteed because of possible emergencies.It is the responsibility of the client to download the images and suitably and secure them prior to the gallery expiration date (2 weeks after session). Clients can share and print them images for personal non commercial use unless specified in pricing. Altering, commercial use, sale and printing through another photographer is strictly prohibited. If you require a re-open/upload of the gallery, if the images are avaible for this there is a 25.00 per incident/per gallery fee and I do not guarantee this will be possible therefore I highly recommend you secure your files on multiple sources. All images are for clients personal use only.

Editing: All photographs will receive basic editing(color/tone correcting). In an effort to keep competitive pricing the photographer aims to achieve the look in camera instead of hours of retouching.

Marketing: In order to keep low pricing images may be used for Angela Bowers Photography, LLC and affiliates/vendor marketing on on but not limited to social media and websites.
